Founded in 1999, Tianlian has focused on urban pipeline networks for 27 years. It has won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements from the China Building Materials Industry, drafted the national standard for Manhole Covers, and exported products to more than 30 countries, becoming a well-known brand in the building materials sector.

In 2013, the company established Hunan Tianlian Urban CNC Co., Ltd., entering the smart IoT industry. In 2017, it began military‑civilian integration with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), founded Hunan Tianlian Sensing Technology Co., Ltd., and set up the China Aerospace (Hunan) Sensing Technology Center.
