The Pipeline Settlement Monitoring System, developed by Tianlian Digital Control, is an intelligent monitoring device specifically designed to address natural gas riser settlement. In newly constructed residential areas, the ground stabilization period typically lasts 1–3 years. During this time, gas risers are frequently subjected to pulling, deformation, or even rupture due to subsidence of the overlying soil.

The system consists of a vector sensor and an IoT gateway, installed in a split configuration. When the riser or monitoring point experiences displacement or angular change that reaches a preset alarm threshold, the system automatically triggers an alarm and reports the actual displacement distance or angle variation to the cloud platform.
